Hi Guys,
You might find on several website explaining that how to backup esxi host but I haven't found any site which says that how to fully automate the procedure. PowerCLI commands are already there but I just wanted to remove all manual interventions. I even don't want to do it daily either with PowerCLI. So, I created a scheduled task to run it daily. I have seen few folks doing it manually so I proposed it and saved lots of man hours.

Step 2 : Create a task scheduler to run daily/weekly/monthly as per your requirement with the help of this post
